QUESTIONS/ANSWERS



1). What do "whosoever" means in verse 4 of (John 5:4)?

Whosoever wants to apply God's Word to their live. It's just what it says, "who so ever!!"

2). What do the word unbelief means?

This mean an absence of faith.

3). What kind of people was waiting for the moving of the water in (v. 3)?

These people was sick physically, and they were believers. They were waiting for God to heal them through the moving of this water according to tradition. But the Son of God was there to heal whosoever believed.

4). What do the word infirmity means in (v. 5)? In this scripture it means sick, because it's the quality or state of being weak or ill especially because of old age; a disease or illness that usually lasts for a long time

5). What do impotent means in (v. 7)?

 It's not potentlacking in power, strength, or vigor HELPLESS; that means sickness.

6). What was Jesus doing when He said, "rise, take up thy bed, and walk in (v. 8)? Jesus was healing this man, giving him permission to be healed by His Word spoken. He was actually telling him you are free of this sickness physical. Remember, Jesus was the New Testament!

7). How long did it take for the man to be healed in (John 5:9)?

This man was healed immediately, some people got healed in process, gradual changes, but this man was healed quickly.

8). Was this a healing spiritually or physically (John 5:9)?

It was a physical healing! A spiritual healing is in (Romans 6:23, 10:9-10).

9). Keep count of healing scriptures in the books of Matthew and Luke.

10). What do you think (Matthew 8:17) means?

This chapter up to here has focused on physical healings and spiritual healings:

I believe they were talking about both physical and spiritual healing for God's people. Jesus came so we could live free spiritual and physical from anything that tries to destroy our bodies both physical and spiritual. Some people just can't believe it so they teach against physical healing today.

Believers can go to the doctors too, but shouldn't put their trust in just the doctors word, but put their trust in God.
